Among the hardest parts of life in the modern world is the effort and concern. With worries about work, the environment, the economy, disasters normal, terrorism, and the state general of the world, it seems that there is no end with the number of things to worry for. Although we cannot order several of these things, they weigh on our spirits and always the effort and concern cause us. However, in spite of this concern, should try to us to avoid the effort and concern.
The effort and concern are, in their hearts, of the mental problems. They are conditions in which the spirit packs and surrounds constantly around certain concern. The concern can be apparently society men, but the concern continues to reproduce until they eliminate all other thoughts in the brain and create their own high mass trés of concern. And this tower is, while oneself individual-propagating simply because the effort and concern tend to be created because effort and concern make subject to a constraint the spirit in the condition itself and concern.
There is of research to suggest that the spirit is accustomed to the effort and concern and, once it is conditioned, returns to him quickly to the effort and concern. It causes headaches, hypertension, ulcers, problems of sleep, insufficiencies of immune system and can even inflate the joints, which can pose serious problems with conditions such as arthritis. As well, the effort and concern can have like consequence the depression, the problems of memory, and the abuse even alcohol and drug for those which suffer from the effort and concern regularly. Thus, the effort and concern are not simply problems of the spirit, but they are problems of the spirit which can pose problems in the body. The spirit, in the astonishing ways, orders the body. And a spirit which is excessively imposed can lead to a body which is excessively imposed.
Thus, you must understand that you can also order your spirit. The effort and concern do not need to ensure your spirit. In fact, you can order how your spirit answers the problems which emerge in the life.
To remember that you can decide not to be subjected to a constraint. You should not be impatient. You can change opinion and to leave the things slip far. Yes, there are many things in this world to worry for. However, to worry about them will not change many aspects of the modern world. Constantly thinking of work, the environment, economy, or the policy will not change them. Instead of that, resolution to change the things which you can change and you do not worry about what you cannot order.
The thing to be maintained in the spirit is a direction of prospect. Yes, work is you stressing, but must you worry about be attacked by a lion when you leave the office? When will you be made shopping for the grocer, must you think approximately if there will be a package of barbarians of petty thieving in the section of product? If all is well, the answer is, “not. ” Thus, you do not have the same concern that our abstains from and should maintain that in the spirit to you. The life is rather sure nowadays and alleged “the age of the effort” is entirely of our own creation. We are subjected to a constraint about the things which we approximately decide to be subjected to a constraint. And the things which we are subjected to a constraint approximately really are not that important in the arrangement of long duration of the things.

If you can manage to do that, effort and concern not to need to ensure your life.
